Definitions

Many terms are commonly used in dog welfare and dog breeding.  Some of these terms can have different meanings in different contexts, in different languages or in different countries and this can lead to confusion.  We are working towards adoption of standard definitions for ICECDogs where we have a shared and agreed understanding of the meaning of terms.  We will use these definitions to be clear in meaning and intent in our work output, including the use of these terms in our consensus statements.
